Extensive experience in business structuring , negotiating and implementation . Also, have active participation in State and Central government planning on Port , Infrastructural development activities and have handled issues arising out of restructuring , transfer of business.

Acquire , Lease bulk vessels to cater to the International bulk market Pan Asia. Acquire passenger Cruise vessel and operate Pan Asia
